Craniosacral Therapy
(CST) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that helps calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural ability to find balance and ease.
I specialize in working with infants, children, neurodivergent individuals, and families navigating disability or highly sensitive nervous systems. For babies and young children, CST can be especially helpful for concerns such as colic and digestive discomfort, latch and breastfeeding challenges, birth trauma, sleep difficulties, and overall nervous system regulation.
Many neurodivergent people experience chronic stress, sensory overload, anxiety, or a sense of being stuck in fight-or-flight. CST uses light, respectful touch to listen to the body’s rhythms and gently release tension, supporting a felt sense of safety, calm, and integration.
Because it’s so subtle and non-invasive, CST can be ideal for those who are sensitive to touch, easily overstimulated, or overwhelmed by traditional approaches. It doesn’t require verbal communication or active participation, making it accessible and deeply supportive. CST may help improve sleep, reduce stress, ease emotional and sensory processing, and create space for healing on many levels.
CST is currently available through the following clinic websites:
Rice Family Chiropractic, Langley BC: Mondays, 9:45 AM – 2:30 PM
Strawberries & Sunshine Clinic, Pitt Meadows BC: Thursdays, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Neurodivergent Family Support
I offer compassionate, neuroaffirming support and coaching to help you and your family navigate your unique path. Whether you're exploring a new diagnosis, facing everyday challenges, or seeking guidance in a world that often misunderstands neurodivergence, you don't have to do it alone.
This practice was born from a gap I deeply felt in my own journey, and one I continue to see in the lives of others. Through counselling, neurodivergent coaching, consulting, and flexible options like monthly or voice note support, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I’ve supported many individuals and families in recognizing neurodivergent traits, pursuing autism and ADHD assessments, and uncovering the root of lifelong struggles, offering clarity, validation, and next steps that feel empowering.
Neurodivergent Coaching and Support is available: Virtually on Wednesdays.

Book a 45 or 60 minute session
I specialize in working with infants, children, and individuals with highly sensitive or neurodivergent nervous systems. Sessions are child-led, sensory-aware, and grounded in consent. Adults are welcome too.
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that helps calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Using light touch—about the weight of a nickel—I listen to the body’s rhythms and help release tension, promoting a sense of safety, regulation, and ease.
Because it’s so subtle and non-invasive, CST can be especially helpful for those who are sensitive to touch, overstimulated, or overwhelmed by traditional therapies. It doesn’t require talking, effort, or eye contact. Many clients experience improved sleep, reduced stress, emotional regulation, and better sensory integration.

Book a consultation to explore traits, challenges, and next steps
During this consultation, we’ll talk through any traits or challenges you or your child may be experiencing related to suspected neurodivergence. While I do not provide medical diagnoses, I offer insights grounded in years of experience and training with conditions such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Anxiety, and more.
Together, we’ll explore what the assessment process looks like, discuss which providers might be the best fit for your needs, and consider practical next steps.
Ongoing support is available before, during, and after diagnosis, as we work together to create both short-term and long-term plans that may include therapies, funding options, and fostering self-acceptance.
My goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way.

Ongoing coaching and counselling support you can access anytime via text or voice notes
Sometimes life doesn’t fit neatly into scheduled sessions. This monthly support option lets you reach out when you need it most—whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, adjusting to parenting, managing relationships, or just need a lifeline during challenging moments.
You get up to 20 hours of flexible support per month through text and voice notes, allowing you to share your thoughts, ask questions, and receive guidance on your own time without the need to book formal appointments for one monthly fee.
How it works:
Reach out as often as you need during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm), with a typical response time of 2–3 hours.
Support can include coaching, emotional regulation strategies, resource recommendations, or simply a compassionate ear.
This is not a crisis service—urgent matters will be referred to appropriate emergency resources.
Ideal for:
Neurodivergent individuals and families who want continuous, accessible support between sessions
Parents managing new challenges with their children or diagnosis journeys
Adults seeking practical strategies and emotional support without the pressure of scheduled appointments

Collaborate to create welcoming, sensory-accommodating environments
I work with organizations, businesses, and community groups to design spaces that honor neurodiversity and accessibility. My consulting approach is grounded in neurodivergent-affirming principles and practical strategies to help your space become truly inclusive, respectful, and supportive for all.
Whether you’re updating an existing space or building from the ground up, I’ll guide you in creating environments where everyone feels safe, seen, and valued.

Birds of Paradise
Symbolizing uniqueness and identity, the Birds of Paradise flower reflects the essence of individuality. Its vibrant colours and intricate structure celebrate self-expression and the beauty of what makes each person special. This symbol speaks to embracing one’s unique qualities and standing tall with confidence.
The plant also symbolizes freedom. Its flowers resemble birds’ wings, representing the ability to soar and transcend earthly bonds. It serves as a beautiful reminder that growth and transformation can lead to newfound freedom and self-discovery.

Understanding PDA – A Neuroaffirming Educator’s Guide
This guide helps teachers and school teams recognize and support students with a PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profile within the autism spectrum. It explains how demand avoidance shows up in the classroom, why traditional behaviour strategies often backfire, and how to create a sense of safety, autonomy, and trust. With practical examples, IEP supports, and communication tools, this resource helps educators move from managing behaviour to understanding it, so every child can thrive in connection, not compliance.

Hi, I am Bonnie.
It’s nice to meet you.
Bonnie Fiddler, Founder
My story into this work began seven years ago, when I became a mother.
When my first son was born and labeled “colicky,” he didn’t sleep, couldn’t be soothed by others, and cried far more than any newborn I had known. I felt dismissed and failed by the traditional medical system, which made me feel like I was the problem. Meanwhile, my inconsolable infant was pushing me past my breaking point. I was isolated, overwhelmed, and consumed by it all. This was when I was first introduced to Craniosacral Therapy.
By age two, it became clear our path wasn’t typical. My son’s meltdowns could last for hours, and I no longer felt physically or emotionally safe in my own home. After pursuing a private autism assessment and months of waiting, we finally received the answers we’d been searching for. Everything began to shift. Four years later, he received a dual ADHD diagnosis, identifying him as AuDHD with a PDA profile. This added diagnosis gave us another layer of understanding and tools to support him better.
We began learning about neurodivergence, what it really means, how to support it, and how to help our son (and ourselves) thrive. My practice was born from this journey.
I identify as a neurodivergent mother navigating this path alongside my son and received my own diagnosis in 2021. Through our journey, I’ve learned so much about myself. While it has been challenging, it has also been a catalyst for growth, change, validation, compassion, and self-understanding. I have met an amazing community of people I never would have otherwise and I now truly see our journey for what it really is: a gift.
Today, my work is rooted in nervous system science and neuroaffirming values. I offer gentle, relationship-centered support that honors your child’s needs while considering your nervous system, too. I believe in preserving attachment, building connection, and helping families feel safe, seen, and empowered.
I am a passionate advocate for neurodivergent children and families in our community. I believe we are creating something better, together.

“You’ll always walk out from a session with Bonnie feeling lighter and more connected. She creates a space where my system is not only understood, but respected. The sessions feel like my whole body finally gets permission to exhale.I can’t recommend her enough.”
- Kari Toft
I have been fortunate enough to receive multiple cranial sacral sessions from Bonnie Fiddler.
Her ability to fine tune herself to my system and be present with what arose was incredible. She was able to truly listen to my body and the subtle energies that were being communicated and translate for me with accuracy and gentleness. Her reflections and impressions resonated with me completely.
Bonnie held a neutral space for me in a very non judgmental way, allowing me to unwind in safety, to which I can only describe as a profound healing. She is a gifted practitioner for whom I can highly recommend.
